Chief Product Officer

Harbind is the Chief Product Officer at MNEE, where he leads strategic initiatives and partnerships that drive the company's global growth and innovation in the digital asset space. With over two decades of experience in financial services and more than ten years in digital assets, he has played a key role in the development and adoption of MNEE's ERC-20 stablecoin and its integrated trading platforms. Prior to joining MNEE, Harbind held senior leadership roles at RockWallet, where he oversaw the launch and management of a self-custody wallet, exchange, and OTC desk. Earlier in his career, he held positions at CITCO and Morgan Stanley, building a strong foundation in fund services and operational excellence. His broader expertise spans strategic planning, treasury management, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Ron Tarter

Founder & CEO

Ron is the visionary Founder and CEO of MNEE, where he leads the company's mission to build the world's fastest and most accessible stablecoin. A seasoned fintech leader with a strong foundation in both law and finance, Ron brings a multidisciplinary approach to innovation in the digital asset space. Prior to founding MNEE, Ron led RockWallet, a self-custody app serving U.S.-based customers on iOS and Android. Earlier in his career, he practiced law at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP, one of Canada's largest full-service corporate law firms, advising on complex financial and regulatory matters. Ron holds a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business and a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School.

Kevin Alkema

Director of Business Development

Kevin is the Director of Business Development at MNEE, where he leads strategic partnerships and business development initiatives to expand the company's presence across the digital asset ecosystem. Specializing in emerging technologies, Kevin is known for closing large-scale deals and has secured high-value contracts with major institutions and government agencies, consistently driving growth and innovation. With over 25 years of experience in business development, Kevin has spent the past several years focused on the blockchain industry—building high-impact partnerships across Proof of Work ecosystems and working with infrastructure providers to improve scalability and operational efficiency. At MNEE, he forges strategic alliances with infrastructure providers and ecosystem partners, advancing MNEE's mission to be at the forefront of digital finance.

Liam Jeys

Senior Business Analyst

Liam is a Senior Business Analyst at MNEE, where he delivers market insights and strategic analysis that inform product direction and identify growth opportunities across the digital asset landscape. He brings a strong background in fintech, blockchain, and digital assets, with recent work including the successful launch of MNEE on the 1Sat Ordinals platform—enabling scalable, gasless stablecoin transactions. Prior to MNEE, Liam played a key role in launching a centralized exchange, where he contributed to product strategy, UX design, operations, and development coordination. An entrepreneur at heart, Liam also co-founded and served as Co-CEO of Takeover, a personalized fitness tech startup that was successfully acquired. He led product development, go-to-market strategy, and technology infrastructure from inception through exit.

Shawn Carden

Chief Compliance Officer & AML Officer

Shawn is the Chief Compliance Officer and AML Officer at MNEE, where he oversees the company's global compliance and risk management program, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards across jurisdictions in support of MNEE's stablecoin operations. He brings over 26 years of experience in regulatory compliance, audit, and risk management across the financial services and payments industries. Prior to MNEE, Shawn served as Chief Compliance Officer at RockWallet, and held senior leadership roles at organizations including MasterCard, NetSpend, MetLife, CitiMortgage, and the Central Bank of Kansas City. Shawn is also a successful entrepreneur, having founded The Card Collaborative International, later acquired by Hank Payments Corp (TSXV: HANK), as well as other ventures in the compliance and payments space. Through his consulting firm SPC Consulting, he has advised over 30 banks, payment processors, and program managers, and worked directly with regulators including the FDIC, OCC, FinCEN, CFPB, and multiple state agencies.

Neeraj Srivastava

Chief Technology Officer

Neeraj is the Chief Technology Officer at MNEE, where he leads the technical vision behind MNEE's stablecoin infrastructure. He brings deep expertise in blockchain, product engineering, and enterprise system design, ensuring MNEE's platform delivers industry-leading speed, scalability, and reliability. Prior to MNEE, Neeraj served as CTO at RockWallet and Gigaforce, leading the development of self-custody wallets, crypto exchanges, and AI-powered Insurtech platforms. As founding CTO of DLT Labs, he built blockchain solutions at scale, including a supply chain platform for Walmart Canada that reduced invoice reconciliation errors from 70% to under 2%, featured in Harvard Business Review. Neeraj has also held senior roles at the Royal Bank of Canada and Scotiabank, where he led blockchain-based payment initiatives with partners like Visa and MasterCard. A recognized expert in the field, he holds multiple blockchain patents and has served on the Forbes Technology Council and IBM's Blockchain Advisory Board.
